
Some residents facing Jalan U5/128 have received a notice from MBSA, that Garden Build & Tetuan Sohock Sdn .Bhd. requested the proposed residential land (currently is empty land opposite to Jalan Uranus U5/128, U5/128A, U5/128B, U5/128C, U5/128D and U5/129), to be converted to industrial and commercial land. It is unfair for residents to suffer from polution. Furthermore, MBSA only notified owners fronting this empty plot of land. I wish that MBSA will considered NOT TO APPROVED such APPLICATION as all residents will be affected by way of pollution (air and sound), security, hazards, over populated foreign workers and also opening access roads through our garden - U5/136C (Subang Galaxy) - possibility is there!!
Besides that, nearby U5 already built with factories and commercials, which i found alot are vacant. Why should we have factories and commercials which are vacant? Will it help to boost our economy? As for owners of such property beside this proposed conversion land, I had written to MBSA and certain parties for help/objection on this conversion. Hopefully, we will be getting a reply from MBSA soon.
