The Autogate system installed at the show unit is the hydraulic type autogate system, not the swing type. Thus, i am happy with the add-on features included by developer - Gemitra Sdn Bhd. for developing Subang Galaxy.

This is how my house looks like NOW. The contractor is installing the roofing for my unit. This roofing is not made of wood. Fantastic!! Good value buy!!!!
How come my unit is facing the empty land, and is beveled ............................................I know NOW, my unit should be facing the landscaping, I believe it will be ready in the coming year. :-p
